I believe that getting strong teaches us to love our bodies, and we all deserve to love our bodies. I
believe that the more confidently and capably we move, the more powerful we feel in all facets of our lives.Through CrossFit, I discovered my love for general fitness and functionality. Through Olympic Lifting, I discovered how much I love specialized lifts that require tons of practice and meticulous attention to technique. Through Strongman, I discovered my love for lifting odd objects, which requires little other than grit and pure strength.As a trainer, I bring all my loves to the table so that I can help you take up space however you see fit. I have been coaching and personal training since 2017.I have a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification, a CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and a CrossFit Strongman Certification. I have coached CrossFit classes, HIIT and IWT classes, booty classes, beginner lifting classes, powerlifting and bodybuilding classes, Olympic Lifting classes, and Strongman classes; and I have helped private clients achieve diverse goals, including powerlifting meet prep, booty gains, pain management, photo shoot prep, Olympic Lifting skill work, mobility improvement, and more.
